Jennifer Phillips works hard to provide healthy productive stock to other breeders while enjoying her grand children and showing goats.

It was 29 years ago my Dad bought my kids their first goat, Piney, a alpine/Nubian cross and at that point I was hooked. I started raising bottle babies in 2009 with my first one a black and white paint doe I named Sugar Creek. Sugar is still with me today, 12 years later!!!

I named my farm LonesomePine Boers since my Dad got me hooked on goats and that he loved the Pines.

I started raising Boer goats as a hobby and for the grand babies to see and play with, but then I got involved with the local 4H/FFA’s and started raising them to sell.

It is all a lot of work, but I love what I do and it makes it worth it in the end, to see my grand kids Colton and Macie have breeding does of their own that they raise their kids to show and to sell.

Keep watching LonesomePine Boers, one day we might have what you are looking for!!!!
